polite and informative and didn't rush us

We met Karen on our first visit to your store and she was very friendly and helpful no matter how many different mattresses we tried or how many questions we asked. We both commented on when we left on how good the service was and how we did not feel pressured into buying any products that we did not want. I really cannot rate the customer service highly enough, most likely the best we have experienced anywhere in the UK.

Karen the sales assistant was friendly and helpful with quite a lot of knowledge about the different bed frames and mattresses we were interested in and helped with making our final decision

We were welcomed when we entered the store and asked if we would like help. However we wanted to browse first and were respectively left to do this and we were offered a drink while we browsed. We then recieved help when asked and were given advice. The sales assistant knew her stuff and was very polite, friendly and helpful. When we were ready to make purchase she was again helpful and explained everything clearly. She respected our privacy when I needed to phone my husband to talk about the cost and how we would pay for the purchase.

The lady Karen who served us was very friendly, very helpfull and generally all the staff were very accomodating and nice and made us a coffee too

We visited Dreams, having researched a product we were interested in, as the price quoted for the product was very competitive. On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly lady called Karen who was extremely helpful , answered all of the questions we asked and was knowledgable about the products. She helped us to come to an informed decision and the order process was very straightforward and speedy. Altogether a pleasant shopping experience.
