There was no pressure while we were viewing the products and the assistant was extremely helpful and very pleasant and knowledgable and was a credit to the company.

Karen was fantastic. Greeted me when l entered the store and most helpful explaing the properties of all the beds. Paying a deposit and sorting out the rrst of the paperwork was made easy eith Karen. She was fruendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I hope the delivery service is as exemplary.

Assistant was readily available and answered all our questions. She was polite and well mannered.

Went in twice and staff were always there to ask if you needed help. They also had good knowledge and showed us all our options as to comfort, price, quality etc. Very helpful as apposed to other places I visited and trying to guess online. Nice to try out all the options on site. Thanks

We came in with little knowledge of frames and mattresses and the sales people were all very knowledgable. We also had 2 young children with us and the staff made sure they were included and felt valued in the process. This helped a lot as we made our choices.
