The salesman was very knowledgable and very helpful from entering the shop until we left.

Mark was very helpful from the start. He listened to our issues with current mattress and showed us a good range of alternatives. He was pleasant and approachable but also allowed us time to consider without feeling pressured to purchase.

The gentleman serving understood exactly what we wanted for our daughter and so the bed choice was easy, with the mattresses he was very informative explaining the difference between the different mattresses and what made a good nights sleep. He was courteous and friendly, the order processing took 5 or 6 minutes and he got us a coffee to drink while he processed it. We were very impressed.

Attentive, knowledgable staff

Nigel was extremely knowledgeable and ensured it was us as the customer who made the choice and the wrong product was not pushed upon us. Other colleagues took the time to ensure our children were made to feel welcome by giving them the buying experience also.

An assistant approached us as we walked in to offer any help. They also helped us understand the different types of mattresses but then also gave us time and space to make up our own minds.

Our sales assistant (Cornell) was fab, very helpful and gave us just the right amount of assistance and space - and helped with our daughter so we could try the beds!

very good service though because I dont have a mobile phone (landline only) i couldnt be texted for eta of delivery.
