Karen was very helpful helping us choose the right bed for our spare room. She had great knowledge of all your products. Our pillow preference was asked for testing the beds. We where offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch. At no time did we feel pressure to make a purchase. first class customer service from Karen. We would recommend dreams to our relatives and friends. it felt a pleasure to be in the shop thank you

Had the best experience. Called to ask about a couple of beds I found online and John was very helpful. He was there to help when i reached the store. When I tried them I still felt I'd like something softer so he suggested a different one and I absolutely loved it!
