Having initialy spent 5 or so minutes browsing I was approached by a member of staff who smiled and asked if I needed any help..she then proceeded to spend an inordinate amount of time showing me products that best suited my needs, at the same time giving me ample time to think..at no time did I feel pressurised. She asked if I would like coffee, didnt try to persuade me to buy above my means and I ended up with a choice that I was extremely happy with and with what turned out to be a pleasurable experience. I would heartily recommend not only this Dreams store but especially that particular saleslady.

We have shopped with dreams before and had a good experience in the Guildford store, hence returning when we moved area. Good choice of beds, competitive prices and excellent quality of product.

I had bought a mattress from you before and was pleased with the service then so returned when I had to buy another one. The lady who served me was friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable about the mattresses for sale. She was quick and efficient with the paperwork and explained every thing fully. She is an asset to your company

The service was outstanding Karen was very helpful even though it was very busy. Once it went quiet she was very attentive and wanted to make sure we where 100% happy, which we where. The whole team was so friendly they even helped match our bed with paint colour fantastic. It was a joy to shop and We where there for hours Thank you so much!

Found the process of buying the single bed quite difficult as everything was separate but the assistant was so helpful making it much easier he was polite and helpful throughout

Having visited 2 other bed chains previosly on the same day, I found Dreams staff to be the most helpful. The prices were better and I was able to choose the mattress I wanted to go on the base I wanted. Which according to another shop wasn't even possible as they all come as sets. Delivery time was short. Overall a good experience
