Jason was extremely knowledgeable about your products which helped come to a decison a lot quicker than if we just been left to look by ourselves but still gave us enough time to discuss the options on our own.

The staff member Karen was very helpful and informative. She didn't put pressure on us in any way and was very good answering all of our questions.

I was approached pleasantly by Karen and all I can say that the whole expierence was perfect. She was helpful knowledgeable warm ...absolutely lovely. I’d give her 10 out of .10 !!

The store was not busy when we arrived, so we had good attention and service and plenty of time and space to look at beds before making our choice. We were also please to find a sale was on, and that the bed we liked was significantly reduced.

Karen, the sales assistant gave a nice welcome to the store. We had only come to browse but Karen asked what we were looking for and took us around the store showing us the different kinds of mattress and explaining the differences, changing the pillows as we went. She was polite, friendly and we'll informed. She also showed us sale answer non sale items and did not push either way. Offered a cool glass of water on a hot day which was most appreciated. We ended by buying a very nice mattress and await it's delivery on the day we chose. Karen is a very good sales person who also explained the payment terms and contract well.

The store layout and product range allowed us to view a the many different types and composites of matteresses. The assisted did not immediately engage which gave us time to view products and read the descriptions ourselves but he kept an eye on our progress and later engaged us to ask if we required help. He was very knowledgable and talked us through the differences of each type of mattress, their manufacture and how a firm mattress does not necessarily mean it is supporting you. We sampled each, with a range of pillow types that he provided and ended up also buying. We were not intent on buying when we went to the store but the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff led us to make a purchase.
