assistant was knowledgeable and very accommodating polite and willing to spend time showing us various mattresses to suit our purpose.

The whole experience was very positive with help from a friendly and highly knowledgable staff member.

The lady on the counter was extremely helpful and very friendly. She assisted us throughout and gave us good information about product. I will be back to get a bed in the same Farnborough store :)

Staff were friendly, helpful and not pushy

The staff member who served us was very knowledgeable, listened to our requirements and only showed us products that fitted our criteria.

Nigel was great with our kids, very helpful and informative. Gave us all the information and had excellent customer service.

We were greeted quite quickly when we entered the store. Karen the Dream's colleague was attentive and listened to what we were looking for. Karen offered us a drink and was very professional and personable.

Geraldine at the farnborough branch was fantastic, she was patient and took her time with us. She is a very knowledgeable lady and was very accommodating. It can be quite an awkward experience trying out different mattresses but she put us at ease and after she had shown us the ones she believed best suited us she left us to make a decision she wasn’t pushy and even bought us a coffee over which was a lovely touch. Great customer service from a lovely lady. The other customers in store seemed to be receiving the same care from their advisors also.

The lady who served us was friendly helpful and available and had a good product knowledge. She quickly understood our needs and directed us to the appropriate products.

We met Karen in the Farnborough branch on the Saturday, looking at the Evo bed with Smart TV. Karen was very knowledgeable and patient with us while we were asking questions about size and fit for our room, she was also understanding when we told her that we would return the next day with a decision as we had to re-measure which we find quite often can be met with a not very nice response. Karen was lovely, helpful and very efficient. The only downside I would say is that the store was very, very hot, but that didn't put against the experience in any way.
