Great customer service whilst buying a bed for my 81 year old mother who doesn't like change . From Geraldine at Farnborough store

The assistant was helpful although he had only been there a week. He was helped by a supervisor and both were very helpful and pleasant.

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable and good to explain everything to us. Liked a laugh too.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because of the excellent staff and the variety of products. I was approched and greeted as soon as I walked in the Farnborough store by a staff member named Karen which was great as there was no time wasted waiting for staff. Karen understood exactly what i was after and showed me different bed designs and mattresses that suited me the best. Products were well explained and Karen always had a clean pillow ready for me to try out any bed i wanted. I was also offered a hot drink on more then one occasion and time to have a think about the options presented to me. The whole process was fast, efficent and stress free. Would highly recommend to friends and family and will come back myself when i need something new.

The store had good availability of a range of different products and provided a very friendly and professional service. All our questions were answered and our order has been processed quickly and delivery arranged at a time convenient for us.

The representatives we met had a chirpy disposition but most importantly were knowledgeable on the products and took time to understand our purchasing criteria

The South African lady who served us was really kind, knew her stuff, and was generally interested in helping us find the right bed+matress combo. Also showed us some pillows which we ended up buying because they were comfy too!
