The mattress is for our son, an adult with Asperger Syndrome (a form of autism which causes difficulty in any social situation). Sean was really quick to register that he needed to deal with our son carefully, without crowding nor hurrying him. He even got our son to talk to him, which he rarely does with stranger. I cannot praise Sean highly enough.

The sales assistant was friendly and immediately acknowledged us when we entered the shop, but also left us alone to decide what we wanted before we were ready to engage in conversation. After a busy morning around the shops the glass of water we were offered plus a seat were very welcome!
