Both Nigel and Karen were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Karen from the store in Farnborough was extremely helpful during our visit on Tuesday despite the fact that she was the only one working that evening. She didn’t make us feel rushed and was willing to go the extra mile to help me find exactly what it was I was looking for. There were several other customers needing her assistance at the same time and as she was the only one working, but she dealt with every customer very professionally. Karen knew exactly what it was she was talking about and gave us some expert advise. Would definitely come back again!

Just a very pleasant shopping experience

Excellent customer service, I was served by a very friendly lady whom was very knowledgeable about the dreams products.

Store was quiet at the time we visited. Staff friendly and polite but let us browse without being too intruding. Helpful when we also asked about whether they stocked children's bed - and gave us a brochure.

Well i had Karen walk me through the options that best suited me , she was extremely helpful and made me feel free to try different beds and explain the different types , helping make a choice..

The salesperson was very knowledgeable patient his products. He made suggestions of products that might best suit my needs without being pushy. All the staff in the store were very friendly and welcoming, what impressed me most was the store manager was very patient taking the time to show a new employee the ropes which in my opinion could only be beneficial to his development and knowledge of products. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to others.

After looking for a new mattress for 2 years we walked not expecting much. Karen listened to us and the first mattress we try was perfect. Karen still made sure we were happy by advising we try different mattresses to ensure we liked the firmness and materials etc. Not only did Karen make sure we found what we were looking for she was great with my boys who weren't exactly on their best behaviour. Great customer service
