Good customer service, very helpful.

Sean went over above what was expected in terms of customer service. We arrived at 19:50 a few days before hand and he was more than happy to keep the store open until we were happy with what it was we were looking for. Once we came to order the bed yesterday we ensured it was Sean that helped us arrange the finance side of things and everything was explained extremely clearly. 10/10

The sales assistant, Karen in the Farnborough Store was extremely helpful and friendly and understood that I was indecisive to start with but her knowledge was excellent and it meant I was able to make a choice.

There was a choice of products, at reasonable prices. The retail assistant was very helpful including giving me a cup of tea and giving me plenty of time to lay on the bed to really find out if I found it comfortable. The retail assistants were pleasant but not pushy.

The sales staff were fantastic and not to pushy. They were very accommodating and had a good level of knowledge. I felt fully comfortable with the whole sales experience.

The salesperson was able to show me exactly what I wanted to see without any pressure to view any of the other beds on display. Similarly with the mattress where she took me to try one that was more than I was willing to pay and then found one that was exactly the right price and comfort level for my requirements.

Salesman very helpful, not pushy understood what I wanted.

Everything we expected was what we received

Karen had fabulous product knowledge of all products and was able to change our sons decision for the better on the type of mattress he wanted. Great service, advice and really friendly.

The lady was very helpful, happy and with a fantastic sense of humour.
