Great service. Shame the place was in turmoil with the decorators in.

The service given by Karen was very extremely helpful and what I liked is that she was not pushy. Karen went through what I was looking for and then showed me all the relevant products. These products were over a range of prices, so did not feel I was being pushed into buying the most expensive. The whole process was made very easy.

Donna was so helpful and friendly making the shopping experience a delight.

Karen was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to guide us to finding exactly what we wanted.

We were well looked after from start to finish, but had no pressure at all to buy quickly. We looked around one day and returned the next to purchase our chosen bed.

On arrival I was met by Donna who was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I hadn’t bought a bed for years so was a bit overwhelmed but Donna listened to my requirements and recommended a lovely bed within my budget I was given a lovely hot cup of tea whilst we completed the paperwork and also some pillows which I was pleased with. Overall very impressed and Donna was brilliant.

It was a very pleasant experience and your customer service representative was extremely helpful. We were made to feel comfortable testing the different mattresses. We would definitely recommend and shop at Dreams again.
