Assistant at the store was keen to understand our need. He also helped us to understand the difference between different products and helped us to buy the right product per our need. He was not pushy to make sales.

We left the store feeling confident that although we spent twice our budget....! that we had bought the right mattress and are happy that we will be sleeping comfortably for the the next 10 years. Sean, our assistant was great - easy to talk to, attentive but not overbearing and devoid of any slippery sales-talk -a real asset.

The shop assistant took great care in listening to our needs and wishes. She always remembered these later in conversation indication she really took an interest and knew the placement of all products within the store, including showing us items in the storeroom. It was the assistant who made the difference and secured the sale

Geraldine was excellent and we loved the interactive bed/computer 3d scanner which recommended matresses to suit us. Loved it being Caroline Quentin's voice, made it much more interesting and relatable

Geraldine was the assistant that helped with our purchase. Geraldine was highly knowledgeable and met all of our needs. We initially knew nothing about mattresses but Geraldine and the machine were able to find the perfect match.

Geraldine from the Farnborough store was extremely helpful and knew the range well (going through all products pros and cons), was not pushy. Everyone in the store was friendly amd just the overall experience was a pleasant one

We we're approach by Karen within a few mins of walking into the store, she quickly built up a raport of our needs and buget and made us feel at ease. Took us around the store to try different mattress they would suit our needs until we found the right one and placed an order.

I recently bought a double bed. They had only just had it delivered so said they would call me when they had it set up. I had a phone call back which was great and bought the bed. I then returned 2 weeks later with my partner to buy the mattress and the lady that served us was extremely helpful.
