We were served by Geraldine who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did a great job, gave us a lot of information and showed us all the products then gave us space to make a decision. Also the choice of products in the store was great.

As we entered the store we were greeted by Jason, who was extremely helpful without being pushy or over bearing. He helped us understand the different qualities associated with different designs of mattress and which would be best for our requirements using the computerised system initially then took time to show us each and let us try them for ourselves. Jason allowed us time and some space to discuss the options without feeling pressurised to make a decision or to hurry. Jason was also able to quickly overcome the IT issues in the store that day by placing a manual order which he then followed up with an email as confirmation later the same day. Truly brilliant service.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by smiles and helpful sales assistants. We were offered coffee and made aware of the different mattresses available. Total service excellent.
