Nigel was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. He was able to advise us on bed frames and mattresses. He had a lovely sense of humour and was very friendly and approachable.

sales people not too pushy, very friendly and offered advice when asked, remembered us whe we returned - it was a busy sale day, so it was nice to feel like we had individual attention.
