Dreams - Farnborough

We were looking for a new mattress and possibly a bed. I dread these occasions because it takes for ever to work out and decide what we want and it usually involves visits to different shops as well. As soon as we walked into Dreams, Karen introduced herself and stuck with us throughout the whole time. She listened to our needs and bent over backwards to help us find the right mattress and bed for us. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding. We were given a really nice cup of coffee while we made up our minds. What I really liked was the test bed and that we were provided with pillows to make the trying out experience more realistic.

The assistant Georgina was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She helped us greatly with the selection of our new bed and made the buying process a straightforward and easy process.

Good Customer Service

Staff at the Farnborough branch were all extremely helpful and happy to assist. Especially Sean W who assisted and advised us not only during our first visit to the store when we needed help choosing a mattress for my partners long term back problem but also on our return visit to the store the same day to purchase a mattress and bed frame. Even though we live in Guildford we decided to travel back to the Farnborough store to make our purchase as we felt very welcomed, even a cup of coffee was offered whilst we made up our minds on which mattress to buy. More importantly not once did we feel pressured into buying something more expensive by Sean and at all times Sean respectively and honestly advised and answered the many and varied questions we asked. He also interacted with our 3 year old daughter who was being a tad tetchy after looking at beds for an hour.

We were helped by Karen. We told her our budget and she found one that was in the sale which was amazing and we felt like she went above and beyond to find us the best deal and quality

Friendly helpful staff, knowledgeable. Lots of humour and made me feel relaxed

I was very pleased with my visit to the dreams store in Farnborough. Our salesman (Sean) made sure we had understood all our options and also gave us time to try and discuss our options. I will be returning to Dreams to purchase beds/mattresses in the future as the whole experience was simple.
