We went with the aim to replace our existing dreams mattress with a similar product which we did very easily.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses and did not appear "pushy"

Told karean what we needed and she when there it with me and my wife and time the karean gave to US wos the best I have had in shops for a long time and I like to thank her for the time and help

The sales assistant, Sean was very friendly, knowledgeable & enthusiastic about the products. He took the time & answered all my questions & was upbeat despite the late hour. I was hesitant due to the cost, but Sean was very convincing & I didn't feel pushed to buy but encouraged by his faith in the value for money of the product.

We recently visited Dreams in the Sales as we were looking to purchase a new bed. Karen, our Dreams sales representative, was extremely helpful and patient and went through all the different options and varieties available to us based on our requirements. Karen was very knowledgeable about the product range and was able to answer all our questions. It was nice to talk things through over a cup of tea. Thanks Karen! We decided to buy two Otterman beds and a mattress as the savings in store were so good. We were also very surprised to learn that the beds could be delivered and fitted within three weeks so we didn’t have to wait too long. To our delight, both beds were delivered and fitted without any problems and importantly no mess! We were very happy with the service we received from Dreams. Our beds were competitively priced and the service we received was very efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!
