Dreams - Farnborough

Excellent customer service, looked after very well by assistant. All assistant were friendly, nothing was to much trouble.

We visited the Dreams store in Farnborough a total of 3 times over a weekend and dealt with Karen each time. She was patient and knowledgeable, helping us find what we were looking for. The customer service approach was excellent and much better than the pushy sales approach of some competitor stores.

Didn't know what sort of bed or mattress we wanted or where to start. The assistant was very helpful in helping us chose. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. He took his time explaining all our options.

Great from start to finish

I felt that the customer service was excellent. The gentleman who served us asked lots of questions in order to understand our needs and provided us with lots of information which helped us to make our decision. I particularly liked that he was very friendly and efficient without being pushy.

From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome with refreshments, pillows and a friendly atmosphere. Our sales rep Sing, was extremely knowledgeable. We were not rushed or pushed in to a purchase like other stores try to do. We would highly recommend Dreams to others and look forward to another purchase in the near future.

Not having visited Dreams before, we were unsure how to go about finding the ideal mattress for us as previously we had shopped online. Having had a bad experience (Eve mattress) We decided to use Dreams after visiting the website and chatting to one of your online representatives. On visiting your store in Farnborough, the overall process and sales assistant were very helpful and instructive, which was in turn augmented by your mattress assessment bed.

We received friendly, professional help to choose the right bed. Finance details were taken speedily and without fuss.

The assistant was extremely helpful and suggested a slightly cheaper headboard which saved some money

Soon as we entered the store we was greeted by a very polite young man who helped us with what we was looking for, explained every part of the mattress and what would be good for us and we have lower back pains, he was very helpful,
