The sales lady was absolutely very knowledgeable and made spending my money quite easy. Him indoors was so happy to be given two cups of tea, and shown where the loos were. Only downside was we couldn’t order the bedstead we wanted, as not in stock. Our sales lady is looking into it and said she will inform us if and when it could be delivered. A very positive shopping experience.

Absolutely loved Karen! Couldnt of asked for a better down to earth ‘sales’ personel. Being young at no point did she do the regular ignoring I get in most shops, as you are often seen to be likely not for a sale (browsing only) or assumed you will not be spending the same as an older individual. Karen was relatable, knowledgable and directed me to many suitable mattresses. I am going to recommend everyone to Karen as she made the whole experience amazing. Her managers also had a good connection with myself and Karen which made the visit pleasurable and we had a laugh. Karen needs recognition as she is one in a million and a great face of the company. Thanks Karen for your help!

We weren't pressured into making a purchase, Katie was relaxed and didn't oversell, she understood our needs and that it was something we needed to think about. The layout was clear allowing us to find the products we wanted quickly and effectively. Sean, who completed the sale as we returned today, was very friendly, great to chat to and provided us great service. I wouldn't hesitate to tell people about dreams farnborough when looking for a great bed. Amazing.

Nigel was a very good member of staff, gave me all the information i needed and pushed me in the right direction.

When the Ellis SK Dk grey velvet (solid slats) was not in stock the staff at Farnborough gave 100% assistance to this matter and did what they promised and telephoned me the next day on Monday 14th Jan, once contacting the head office and finding out when the product was being shipped out from destination. Unfortunately cannot make a delivery date at moment but will telephone at end of week and hopefully will give me a date for the above product. Have delivery date for Annette D Metal Bed Nickel (solid slats). Staff very helpful and friendly, very pleased with this store's staff members.

Both my husband and 8 were served by Kare, in your Farnborough, Solatron store, she was fantastic, listened to what we both wanted, took us round relevant beds and mattresses and with her wealth of knowledge we found the perfect bed for us. Superb, Karen was exactly the type of "personal shopper" everyone should have at their side whilst visiting a Dreams store. You should be immensely proud to have her working for you.
