Geraldine who served us was knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel at ease and didn't give us the hard sell. Consequently we ended up spending more than we'd originally planned but we felt it was well worth it. Very good experience

The assistant that served us was extremley help full. She listen to what we required and wad able to guide us to the correct sort of mattress for our needs. She was not pushie and offered us plenty of time to decide.

The assistant who helped us was great. She was knowledgable and really took her time to explain the differences with all the available matrasses, which is given the selection not an easy task. We never felt rushed but looked after from start to finish. Great asset to Dreams!

It is the second time we visited Dreams to purchase a bed or mattress as the first time we visited the assistant was so helpful and knowledgeable so we decided to visit again for beds and saw the same assistant who was again, very helpful, and knowledgeable on the range of beds etc and made our shopping experience quick and easy.

Nicholas, who looked after us, came to help us immediately. We discussed the types of mattresses available - we wanted to compare an Eve foam mattress with a Tempur mattress. He was very knowledgable about the products and gave us plenty of time to experience each one and was not at all pushy... we bought a Tempur Cooltouch Original Luxe 30 K Mattress. Made us a lovely cup of tea too!

We were approached with an offer of assistance within about 3-4 minutes of entering the shop. Katie was knowledgeable and listened to our requirements. We didn't feel there was a 'hard sell' on anything and she took into account our request of a slight discount on the insurance. Overall a very swift service experience and quick delivery time promised too.

Karen, who assisted us, was professional and extremely patient and helpful. She helped us chose what we wanted and fit it to our requirement. Product knowledge was brilliant, we didn't feel pressured into purchasing the most expensive item.
