Very impressed with Jason (the store manager at Farnborough) His product knowledge was second to none and the way he dealt with us was not pushy or intrusive. He assisted and let us have conversations by ourselves too which was perfect. Highly recommended.

Karen was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She made the journey through from testing our needs through to choosing a bed and pillows well worthwhile. We have never bought a proper bed and always made do, but now we have the bed of our dreams....pun intended.

The store was great, we were met with a friendly sales assistant when we walked in the door. We knew which style of bed we wanted and the sales manager showed us around our options. Then onto the mattress, we weren't sure what style of mattress we needed - Firm, memory foam, or soft?! who knows! The sleep match machine does! Once we knew what style we needed the manager very patiently showed us all the mattresses that the machine recommends until we chose the perfect one.

Very knowledgeable assistant, listened to our needs, gave excellent advice was friendly and very professional. She suggested the right mattress, discussed any pro or con with each type - and there is a mind boggling variety to choose from so having that advice was really incredibly valuable.

The assistant,Katie, was very helpful and polite but allowed me to browse and think without being pushy.if this happens to me I leave the a shop immediatel. A well known furniture store recently lost a 2000 order from me because the assistant followed around the shop and as soon as I stopped to look at something he started his hard sell!! The range of beds was very good and the colour coding is a very good idea. It was a very pleasant experience. Even though I spent more than I was going to I am very pleased with my purchase and even found a headboard that was very reasonably priced. Well done to all at solatron retail park far borough

Lovely sales lady, Karan, very helpful and attentive.Enormous variety of beds to choose from. Was welcomed on a cold day with hot chocolate, what more could a customer wish for. Delighted with the service. Would definitely shop with Dreams again, and recommend you to my friends.

Our primary aim of our visit was to purchase a new mattress, but the service was so good we came back for a second visit the following day. Visit 1. An assistant (Karen) allowed us to have a look around but was there as soon as we had a question. Karen, took the time to understand our full needs and grabbed us some pillows that she thought would match our tastes. Karen explained the mattresses and got us to try contrasting mattresses so that we could further understand what we were looking for. Happy with the service we said we would come back the following day with some paperwork. Visit 2. The service from Karen was so good, and knowing that she would be there again, we came back the following day with our son and ended up buying a mattress as originally planned as well as a new bed + mattresses for our son and four pillows. When it came to do the paper work, we were offered drinks and Karen went through everything very clearly but couldn't find the bed in stock and suggested it may just be weekend delays on the updates to the main system. Karen has been excellent in keeping me up to date and tells me that the bed will not be available until 1st April 2019.
