Sean the sales consultant knew his products very well, he advised and recommended throughout the visit. He greeted us upon arrival without being too pushy, we used the try out system which was excellent, including the correct pillow, we were also offered refreshments which was a nice welcome.

Had No problems in store. Everything was clear and everyone was efficient and helpful. However I do have one problem in that the store gave me a delivery schedule and this was confirmed by an email that was sent to me the same day. Unfortunately the date of delivery clashed with an Hospital appointment and I therefore contacted you online for a new delivery and chose a date. This was two days ago and I have not yet received confirmation that delivery will take place on the day I chose...namely the 11th March

We were given the time to look around the store by ourselves and also have the attention of one of the staff when we needed clarification on products and to help us choose the best one for our needs.

I was approached by the lovely Karen who assisted me throughout. She was very friendly, polite, knowledgable and patient - she spent lots of time with me as I tried out mattress after mattress and was able to answer all of my questions! She was also very good at steering me towards the right mattress for us. I will definitely shop in Dreams again and will be looking for Karen! The speed of ordering was impressive too and the fact that you can choose your delivery date is very handy. Well done Karen and Dreams!

Katie, sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy.

I was greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner on entering the store and I was offered a drink. The salesperson explained to me about the computerised mattress finder and that was a different experience and interesting. I was offered a pillow when trying the mattresses.

The service given by Karen was great. I am a shop manager of another retailer and would love to have someone like Karen working with me
