During my experience in the show I was greeted very well, and the sales person Karen was very friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable; I was offered refreshments and had a good quality cup of coffee, and during all of my trials on the mattresses she was very good in checking each mattresses had pillows and made sure the pillows were of my personal liking

I was greeted by Sean at the Farnborough branch and he was able to direct me to the mattress brand I wished to buy. He was knowledgeable about the range, answered each of my questions and offered me a drink and an extremely comfortable pillow to ensure I had the best possible in-store experience. I was delighted to find the perfect mattress with delivery available within 10 days - other suppliers quoted delivery times within 6 weeks..... Thank you Dreams for offering such a fantastic service 😊😊😊😊

Very friendly staff and very helpful

The assistance we received from Karen was great. She was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to everything we had to say, including with concern to our budget. She helped us review and compare products not in the showroom to ensure we were making the correct decisions for us, and that we were happy with our choice. She took the stress out of the whole process and we left very satisfied. When the bed arrives we hope it meets our expectations!

My other half and I were a little worried that finding a mattress that suited us both would be a challenge, however Nick was great in helping us assess the options and suggested using the assessment machine to help us whittle the options down. After that, Nick gave us the time to assess each of the recommended options before we made a decision. His knowledge about the product and how it worked also meant that we purchased a mattress protector and pillows. The pillows are wonderful and worth every penny spent! And it was a bonus learning that Dreams would take away our old mattress, which was also previously purchased at Dreams.
