The ease at which the whole process was done

Our customer assistant Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with what bed we needed after trying the bed analyser which helped us as to what firmness of mattress would best suit us.

We were asked if we needed assistance promptly, were given the help we needed, were given a cup of tea and certainly felt like we were important to the lady who helped us

Very helpful staff yougman named Nicholas more than helpful would imagine this his first job very eager to help nothing too much trouble

We arrived late in the day yet it was no trouble to the staff. Very professional service. We purchased because your old bed doesn't go to landfill and we didn't have to spend hours bouncing on mattresses to test which one we thought we'd want.

I bought a bed from this store a decade ago and found it good quality and extremely comfortable. Therefore I returned to the same Dreams store to buy a new mattress. The staff were helpful in recommending products to try and explained the differences in products, but also allowed me a suitable level of privacy to try the mattresses. The purchase was straightforward and I expect the delivery to be so too. The coffee was excellent.
