Dreams - Farnborough

Geraldine who served me was very patient and explained everything in detail as I was comparing dreams to an online retailer. Because of her knowledge I went home and did some more research particularly on the advice given on ottomans and the mattress. After taking all her advice on board I went back the next day and placed the order with her. She made a challenging decision easier especially as I had limited funds and I was able to still include everything I was looking for. Thank you for your patience and guidance.

Katie the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable, had lots of patience as I went to and from three beds. Took the time to talk to my little girl about the bed she wanted and generally came across as if she cared and had took the time to gain expertise in her field

I went to browse and had no intention of making a purchase today but Karen welcomed me to the store and while chatting advised me of an offer to good to refuse. I was given a drink and as part of the offer today I had some pillows and mattress toppers included. I had walked to the store so Karen volunteered to drive past my house on her way home to deliver these items as they were too bulky to carry. That is far beyond the customer experience I had expected and made my day.

Sean was very good. He spent time understanding our needs & showed us the best possible options for us. He was very friendly & looked after us well.

Having decided on line my likely preferred mattress, I wanted to examine it in store before buying. Assistance in store showing me the mattress I was after was quick and friendly. Ordering was good and efficent. Overall helpfulness of the assistant was excellent.

We were helped by Katie. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed. Very friendly and looked after us. Couldn't have dreamt for more, excuse the pun. This is the second time we've bought from Dreams and will again next time. Thank you Katie.

I was treated with respect,very friendly assistant offer a drink which I thought was a lovely gesture also very helpful when I told her what I was looking for. It did help me to choose very quickly,also not pushed into anything I didn’t want.,which is usually the case in other shops. It was a pleasure to shop in Dreams in Farnborough Hants. overall good visit,help offered but without being pushy but when I was ready for advice it was available.Friendly salesman that new his job. Very satisfactory.
