Katie whom helped us with the order, was absolutely fantastic. She was a real breath of fresh air. Her knowledge of the products were impeccable, and her honesty around the orders we places was phenomenal. We had previously come to get quotations where Karen helped us. Katie loaded the items Karen helped us with, on Karen's sale account, and then processed the items she helped us with, on her account. I think that is an excellent quality in a person and employee. Kudos to Katie!!! Keep up the great work!

I purchased a mattress that was ex display and it was half price, very pleased just hope it lasts , as I read the reviews of it when I got home and a lot of customers complained of the mattress sagging,

When we got to the store, Nigel was very helpful with helping us choose our bed as we have never brought a Divan bed before. Explaining the different the amount of draws you can with the bed and choosing a headboard to go with the bed. Also when picking a mattress, we explained what kind we would like and Nigel was very helpful when choosing.
