From the moment we walked into the store we were given a warm welcome and helped with what we needed. The lay out of the store made it very easy to find our way around. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy and simply assisted us with our needs unlike other furniture stores we have been too. The quality of the products on view was exactly what we would expect from a renowned retailer like Dreams.

Karen answered all my questions & more… having had a Tempur mattress 11 yrs ago wanted to get as near to the original & she explained about the elite, and went through the others so I was clear I was getting the right one. Patience as tried back and forth trying different Tempur mattresses. Felt I was expected when I arrived after having booked appointment on-line, and understood straight away what I was after. Surprised how quick it could be delivered and more importantly that date can be adjusted, this was a USP for me. Showing paperwork on screen clearly & explaining everything
