We did not feel pressured. We were not rushed, quite the opposite. Sing (your salesman) made every effort to inform us about the products available, all the technical differences, and all the options. Sing was patient and friendly. This was a big purchase for us, but felt that we had got exactly what we wanted. I was not looking forward to this shopping expedition, but oddly felt that I/we had been looked after. Sing offered us all, I had my two boys with me, drinks several times. Walking into a big store with so many options is daunting. However the old style customer care still works. Thank you. Came into store, greeted straight away and helped to purchase a bed and mattress. Karen was helpful through out.

Knowledge of salesman friendliness and making you feel comfortable with what was being said to you just a very pleasant experiance

Sean (Farnborough store)was friendly and very helpful and took the time to show us the recommended mattresses and beds following our session on matcher machine in store and explain the differences

We were approached soon after we enterend the store and asked if we needed any assistance and we told the employee that we just wanted to browse. They were friendly and were always close by when we had a question they were also able to provide all the assistance we needed.

The young lad was very polite and very well mannered. Knew what he was taking about and was very nice. Spent alot of time with us while picking a bed frame and didnt push us to buy it. Was a lovley young lad

We were served by Katie who greeted us warmly when we came into the showroom. We were offered and we accepted a coffee. She allowed us the time to look round first and then guided us towards the machine (I can't remember what it was called) that determined the firmness of the mattress that would suit us. She gave us the opportunity to try each of the recommended mattresses and answered our questions. She then left us alone to try them and make a decision. We were shown a good range of products at a variety of prices. At no point did we feel pressured into making a decision.

The gentleman that served me Taraknathsing (Sing) made the whole retail experience perfect and he should be commended for it, although I was only there to purchase a cheap take-away mattress for now, he treated me as if I was buying the most expensive bed in the store, he even noticed I hobble with a bad back and carried it out to my car, A credit to your company, I am in the market for double mobility bed, and I will return to dreams and hopefully find (Sing) to help me.
