Karen was very attentive whilst allowing us to take as much time as we needed to make what we hope is the right choice for ourselves. She answered all of our questions and allowed us to try out new products alongside the store options. At no time were we made to feel that there was any pressure for us to buy now. She allowed us to decide what we wanted when we wanted it.

Very impressed with Katie that served us. She was extremely knowledgable.

Excellent service brilliant

We were approached by a staff member fairly quickly after entering the store. He took us straight to the bed we had previously looked at online. He then took us to the mattresses and brought pillows for us to try. Very pleased with the service that we recieved.

I walked into store not really expecting much, but immediately Sing came over and was extremely helpful and approachable. Found the product that we wanted really quickly and got a quote printed. Later went back to place an order and the second gentlemen (Can't remember his name) was also really approachable and happy to help. Didn't feel under any pressure from either of them to push a sale through - which is a rare quality!

I am highly satisfied because Sean was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble when asking lots of questions.

The store assistant, Singh, was a great he!p. He was courteous, professional and made my choice of bed much easier. I was impressed with the computerized way of finding the right bed for me. Couldn't fault anything.

The asistant, Geraldine, was friendly and knowledgable. Gave good advice regarding my mother's differnet injuries and the best mattress for her.

Our sales person Karen was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable about the bed we needed as I have a back condition. She gave us a lot of time and allowed us to try the beds she recommended. She was probably one of the best sales assistants I've ever had.
