Great range of beds and good information provided and superb customer service by Sing. He greeted us and offered us a drink. He even gave me a pillow that i use at home so that i could compare like for like. Very satisfied with the experience which i was not looking forward to it really.

The sales representative was not too overwhelming. She knew to give space and not push for sales. I was given informative advise about products I was interested in. I generally had a very pleasant experience.

I made two visits to the store and spoke to 3 members of staff. All were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Our sales rep Nigel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient when assisting us in finding a suitable mattress. My partner has arthritis in his hips, so we spent a considerable anount of time testing various mattresses in order to find one which we both found comfortable.

When we arrived we were greeted by Geraldine, when we explained what we were looking for, she asked if we would like to try out the sleep machine to determine which mattress would be most suitable for us. We were offered a tea or coffee and were shown to the mattresses recommended. After trying them we decided upon the one which felt most comfortable for us, and ordered this along with 2 pillows. Again we were offered tea / coffee and whist the purchase went through. Geraldine was very attentive and knowledgeable about the products on offer and very friendly.

We were given the option of using Dreams "virtual" mattress, to determine suitable one to try. Of the several selected, we eventually chose one. We did not purchase on our first visit but returned a few days later. We were able to deal with same Sales Assistant, which made things a lot easier. We purchased our mattress at a great price and scheduled a delivery date that works for our needs. Very happy with the whole "buying a new mattress" experience, with Dreams.
