Sean was very friendly and informative talking through the whys and wherefores of each item. He also dealt very tactfully with myself and my wife as both of us are on the larger side. Sean talked us through everything but also then gave us space and time to try things at our speed.

Sing assisted us, he greated us as we arrived and helped us choose the bed. Very professional and friendly, there was no pressure which we have encountered in many large furniture stores.
