Prakash offered the use of the electronic system to analyse our bodies and the type of mattress we needed. He was ever so friendly, polite and a good laugh! He understood our needs and ensured we got what we were looking for.

Within ten minutes we found the mattress for us. Geraldine was very helpful and it was a very pleasant experience and the store was not too busy which added a sense of calmness to the experience.

Great service and hospitality

I was really satisfied with my recent purchase with dreams, i was served by Katie , she was really helpful, was handed a pillow while checking the mattress, mattress was also on discount so worked out well, really happy 😊

When we walked in we were greeted by Katie, who was super friendly. We asked about low raise beds & she sent us to the top of the shop & offered to get us tea or coffee. She showed us some of the bed features & then we started talking about mattresses. She then offered to take us to the sleep match machine, which she set up for us. After this she took us to our most recommended mattress & spoke about the benefits. She showed us a few more, but we were sold on the first one. We had to measure if we could fit double or king. The next day we came back,she remembered us. We bought the bed & Katie talked us through the finance options. We were concerned about delivery as the floor in our bedroom hasn't yet been fitted. She put our mind at rest & said that we could change the delivery day with notice. Karen on the desk next to hers was also lovely & helpful. Katie wasn't pushy with the sale which was quite refreshing. Given the amount of money involved, you don't want to be pushed into something you're not sure about. But gave us all our options & talked through the benefits & special features, taking into account our personal preferences. Overall we couldn't be happier with the service.
