Dreams - Farnborough

Great service

My partner and I were pleasantly greeted by Sean in Dreams, Farnborough. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products we were looking for (mattress, pillows, bed frame etc.). He directed us around the store, invited us to try several mattresses and pillows, and made very helpful suggestions. Once we made a decision on what we wanted, Sean made the buying process very easy, clearly explaining all the options of payment. We couldn't have asked for better customer service, Sean is truly a credit to the team.

We visited Dreams as we knew we needed a new mattress. The shop assistant Karen approached us in a friendly fashion as soon as we entered and recommended we use the Sleep Match to help identify what we needed. Once the test had been done we were shown the different type of mattresses and once we knew the style we liked Karen showed us all of the options available. Karen was apologetic as there was not the desired mattress in stock to take away, however we weren't expecting to take one that day and I was impressed that I could get it delivered in less than a week if I desired. Karen was flexible and showed all available dates to fit with my schedule. Karen is a real asset to the Dreams team - she picked up on what my partner and I were talking about and made positive recommendations. This included showing us the sofa bed range as she'd heard us mention they may have them in the store. Very impressed with the personal service and I can't wait for the mattress to arrive!

Geraldine was very helpful and not at all pushy. She look the time to understand our needs and was there to help us with whatever we needed. Her help and professionalism is what made us return to Dreams the same day and purchase a bed.

Karen - the assistant who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. She had a really nice style, helpful not pushy and she allowed thinking time. Karen made the experience for me. I had been procrastinating for months!

We went in dreams with no idea what we wanted from the mattress to the bed frame and pillows etc. We must have been a nightmare for Karen in Farnborough store, however she was fab and listened to our needs. We used process of elimination until we found the right mattress and pillows. Karen also gave us a go on the sleep match to find the right mattress for me and my partner. We were greeted with a nice cuppa too once placing our order. Very very happy customers and when we get our house we will be returning.

Everything we asked was answered. The staff were very professional and couldn't do enough to help with their advice. Delivery time of 10 days was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you Dream's pillow talk.
