Although the sales people were very busy we were shown the range of mattresses we wanted quickly and efficiently while being given the time to thoroughly try them out and satisfy ourselves we were making the right choice.

Rylan was very helpful in showing your products and we did a test on on the mattress support bed

The lady who served us was brilliant x she wasn’t pushy like normal sales assistants x she was just very helpful when we needed to ask advise

Jason later knew store manager was amazing ! How lucky were we he was just available. Brilliant customer service and understood what we were after immediately didn’t try to oversell and just pitched it right Thank you !

I liked the service and help given by the staff. They worked as a team advising each other on other ways to help me get my order processed

my husband and i visited the store in farnborough last saturday. when we entered the store we were greeted by rylan, i said that we were looking for a new mattress and he offered to use the mattress that works out the best mattress for you. having explained my hip issues, we were informed that a soft/medium mattress would be best and we had a list to work through of mattresses that we could try. we had a lovely coffee also. we found a mattress, 2 free pillows, and mattress protector. rylan was such a help and spent the whole time with us while we were there, nothing was to much trouble. he is a credit to the store. was lovely to have this service from someone who obviously enjoys his role in the store. personal service was excellent.

Overall it was the outstanding assistance provided by Rylan. He listened to our needs, offered suggestions and allowed us the time to try different options. At no time did he pressurise us into a sale, even leaving us for time for my husband and I to discuss the avaliable options. On testing different mattresses, he suggested pillows which were suitable to our sleeping patterns and temperatures. All of which achieved a successful sale and positive experience.
