Staff were very friendly, gave me all the assistance I needed , showed me around and gave me plenty of time to make a decision

I was looking for childrens beds and had previously been to a competitor store and treated rather badly, actually my children felt intimidated in this other store. Coming into Dreams was literally a Dream !! We were greeted by Katie who was so friendly and approachable. She asked how she could help and was super quick to show us exactly what we were looking for, and allowed my children to have their own opinions whilst offering useful information. Katie had lots of product knowledge and was able to help us making a choice.

When I entered the store, the adviser was talking with another customer, this allowed me time to walk around the store and scope what was available which I prefer. when I was ready to talk to the adviser, Sing, he was very helpful, he offered me a drink which was fantastic, especially as it is a hot, muggy evening. I explained that I have lower back problems and my budget and we went straight in to it, trying various beds to my needs and eventually whittled it down to the one I purchased. Oh, during this whole time I had a side sleeper pillow! Who knew side sleep pillows existed?! Fantastic, two straight in the basket! Sing again offered me drink as we went through the purchase process and explained all the ins and outs of the finance brilliantly. A weak subject for me made simple and easy to understand. Top man!

Karen was just very professional and let me try all the beds I needed to, so my new bed will be as comfy as I need it to. Offered me drinks and was very knowledgeable.

We were made very welcome from the moment we walk into dreams farnborough. Our shop assistant Karen was very very helpful and knew our needs .

As I walked into dreams Farnborough I was instantly approached by one of their sales cars called Sing. After listening to my needs Sing produced exactly what I was after any question I had was never too much problem and he made me feel welcome. Sing is a credit to your store and I should certainly be shopping here again and recommending Dreams Farnborough to my friend's..

The member of staff that greeted us (Karen) was very polite and new your products. She offered us a drink whilst we relaxed on the sleepmatch bed. She then spent time understanding why we were looking for a new mattress and gave us plenty of advise about the products, paying particular attention to the output of the sleepwatch check. She "took care of us". 😀

The assistant (Sean) was highly knowledgeable, which made a big difference for the ease of the purchase. Ultimately, I came in to buy a bed and it was straightforward, and an enjoyable experience. There was no need for any further fuss, instead just sorting out what I was there for in a highly professional, relaxed manner. I didn't feel rushed, being given time to consider the options but there wasn't any unnecessary faffing about.
