Dreams - Farnborough

Went in on two occasions, 1st visit enabled me to review my mattress need (thought a topper would provide what i needed) decided to go with doze range but wanted to measure my maximum depth at home as using on a trundle bed. 2nd visit highlighted that the online and brochure details had a discrepancy related to which items were firm comfort. Issue resolved by team and would be followed up to correct incorrect online info

The advice and guidance provided by Sing, the Sales Assistant was outstanding. He was knowledgeable and patient. He worked within my preferred budget and gave me meaningful options in terms of products that I might like. There was no pressure selling and no BS (!)

Staff member who helped us who’s name was Sing was brilliant he listened, and provided us with plenty of help and information Sale was handled perfectly

Nigel was lovely and the Sleep Match was fun He made it really easy and relaxing, with no pressure, we felt reassured and confident that with his help we found the perfect bed.

Karen, our sales assistant, was warm and welcoming when she greeted us in the store. She took the time to understand our needs and was exceptionally patient during our decision making process. The advice and guidance she gave helped us to narrow down our search for a new bed within a price range that was affordable to us and had the style and features we wanted. Dreams unique Sleepmatch system also gave us the confidence that our choice of matress would meet our comfort needs. The cold bottles of water were most welcomed on what was arguably the hotest day of the year to go bed shopping. Overal the service was fantastic.

Geraldine was so welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She made our bed shopping an absolute breeze and we can’t wait to enjoy our new bed! All the team were fun and friendly and we were continuously topped up with refreshments.

I was impressed with Sing, who greeted me a smile and was curteous though out the time I was in the store. He offered me a drink and suggested I use the sleepmachine, which I found useful. He guided me to several mattresses so that I could make my final decision. I was given a pillow to help

It is not every day you buy a bed and I was quite confused over what was right for me. Sean explained about wait and distribution and I laid on a bed to see how my wait was measured and then I could chose the right one. I was very glad of the help and choosed the right one.
