Dreams - Farnborough

I was allowed to navigate the store before I was approached, which I appreciated. As I had done my 'homework' on the mattress I was looking for made the purchase much easier. I found the gentleman who served me very helpful, friendly and polite which made the experience so much better.

Sing greeted us straight away, offered us drinks, put us through Sleepmatch and showed us a number of options. We were given pillows to use as we tried the beds. Options were expanded or reduced depending on what we liked / didn't like. He knew when to leave us to discuss our thoughts and narrow our selection. Ultimately his assistance lead to our decision and purchase.

Geraldine-Ann was very helpful finding us the perfect mattress for our new bed. We knew which bed we wanted from Dreams, but weren’t sure on mattress. Geraldine-Ann was very friendly and showed us a number of different mattresses to fit our needs. I can’t wait to have our new bed and mattress delivered- which Geraldine-Ann was able to pick the date that suited us best. The staff at Dreams are lovely and very professional. Thank you for the house warming gift too! Very kind.

Attended Dreams and the customer service was brilliant nothing was to much trouble, there was no pressure selling only very good advise. The price range was very good and we found the products at the price we wanted to spend. The variety of the products were better that other stores we had visited and the advice we received was very good.

The store was well stocked, the staff member who helped us place our order was extremely helpful and approachable. He smiled and gave us all the information we needed and options for our new bed. We have purchased a bed from dreams before and we’re so happy with the ease of the experience that we decided we could only come back to dreams to purchase our next one.

After spending time on the sleep match bed the mattress which was recommended was excellent. The bed frame that would fit into my bedroom was found very quickly and the style of bed I wanted had many options to choose from. Advice about headboards was very satisfactory

Geroldine was very friendly and helpful. We got to answer some questions and then lay in a bed. This then told us what type of mattress we needed. Geroldine then spent time showing us the different mattress. Explaining the difference between them. Geroldine then left us alone so that we could make a decision on what we wanted. This was nice as we never felt under pressure to make a decision.

Sing, who was the representative that worked with us to choose a product. He was helpful and informative without being pushy. No pressure and gave us space to talk.

When I arrived in store I didn't really know where to start but the staff member, Sean, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He appeared to have an excellent knowledge of the products on sale, and was very patient in explaining things to me. He gave us time to think about the different mattresses and provided information without being pushy or intrusive. I found what seems to be the perfect bed for my son, and I will be returning soon for a new mattress for myself. I was very impressed with the Sleepmatch technology, which took a lot of the guesswork out of selecting a mattress.

Sean was very helpful and listened to what I wanted and was patient as I made a choice, making suggestions which ultimately helped me decide on the right bed.
