Sean was a great advisor. He took plenty of time with our specific needs and listened to us. He showed us the sleep analysis equipment that takes into considering your body type, sleep position and what mattress would be beneficial. Me and my partner were also offered a welcome drink, which was a very nice touch as you wouldn’t normally get this. We had our own pillows to use to try out each of the recommend bed. Sean was extremely professional and a great person to talk too. He didn’t pressure us into buying anything, he gave us lots of time and went to the extra effort to work out a monthly payment for us on multiple beds.

We bought the previous bed we needed from Geraldine. So we returned again - once again we were well looked after - this time understanding that we were looking for a bed for guest usage - so wanted something suitable without investing too much money. She understood our needs and helped us find the right options.

Store is clean and neat with all products well displayed. Any information you need can be found on the product display. Staff was amazing with supporting us and the first mattress suggested was the one we wanted.

The sales adviser Sean made my husband and I feel very welcome as soon as we set foot in store. It was a hot day and we were immediately offered a drink and felt no pressure from Sean. He listened to our needs, understood that my husband has back pain and advised on what would suit us. He also made our experience less stressful at what can be a busy time when moving home.
