Sean was very professional. He explained the product and the quality. Very polite and helpful. My wife told Sean that I was going through a rough time with severe back pain due to cancer treatment. All in all we purchased new divan,mattress and head board. He arranged everything. Many thanks Sean.

We were highly satisfied because we were unsure of the type of mattress that we required, but when Sing (sales assistant) came over and got us to use the machine to help determine the right type of mattress that really cleared things up. He then proceeded to take his time and allow us to try multiple beds, numerous times to make sure we picked the right one.

Sean was highly knowledgeable, very relatable and had great customer service and communication skills. 50% of our purchase was based on the product and the other 50% was due to Sean's great added value pitch rather than just being another blank sales person / store employee. This man deserves a raise!

We are long overdue a new mattress and hadn't really kept up to date with new options. Service was very good, staff were all friendly and we didn't feel pressured into buying. We also wanted to try before we buy and are wary of spending a lot of money over the internet on things that we haven't seen in real life.

We were treated with such kindness and knowledge throughout the whole experience both for a new time buyer and a more experienced customer. Sean talked us through all the details of the products we wished to see and helped us come to an informed decision without pushing us. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I can't recommend him and the store enough.

Sing was very helpful and I felt like I shopping at dreams was a real experience. Delivery timeline is okay but a week would have been better.
