Quick and simple transaction, sales staff not too pushy and listened, impressed with speed of servcice/attentiveness and quick delivery compared to competitors on the same shopping location. Good balance of being allowed to browse but being on support if needed

I was greeted by Geraldine who was polite and friendly and not at all pushy. She was really helpful, making sure I tried lots of different mattresses and making sure I was completely happy with my choice.

Geraldine gave us excellent service, made us feel comfortable and welcome in the store and not pressured to purchasing anything, suggested different mattresses and other products we could be interested in which made our visit a lot easier.

Felt very welcome in the shop. Was asked what my preferences were for a bed, and then went onto the sleepmatch to see what type of mattress would be the best fit for me. I was offered drinks multiple times while I tried around 10 or so beds before narrowing down my choices down to a couple mattresses. Sing allowed me to check multiple times and offered detailed advice for my sleeping position and which sort of mattresses and pillows would be best suited. Overall I am very happy with the experience and in future would like to use Dreams as you cannot beat actually trying mattresses with experts to guide your choices.

The sales assistant was very attentive and did not try to rush me. He gave great advice and at no time did I feel pressured into a sale. The selection of products in store was very good and the Sleepmatch process gave me great peace of mind I was purchasing the correct mattress for me.
