The Sales Assistant Geraldine @ Farnborough Dreams is a credit to your organisation. She was genuine, knowledgable & most importantly personable. I am in IT sales & hate pushy salespeople - she was genuinely the BEST shop assistant I have ever bought a product from.

Karen was so friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us through the various options and quickly knew exactly what we needed. My husband and I agreed to a mattress so quickly thanks to her guidance, the order was placed within a matter of minutes! Would highly recommend this store and Karen was superb.

The sale lady, Katie, demonstrated an broad as well as detailed knowledge of the things to consider when investing in a bed. The shop had a good range of bases, mattresses and headboards plus the general ambiance of the selection and purchase process.
