Great service, good knowledge and happy with product choice

Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We dithered between two beds but at no time were we made to feel like we were being annoying or time-wasters. She's a credit to the store. Also, Geraldine was equally as helpful on the previous day, when we came in to do a spot of comparing with Bensons

The assistant was incredibly helpful and knew her products. We visited last week to have a look at prices, with the aim to purchase today. As it happened, we actually changed two of the mattresses for less than we originally saw. There was no hard sell, and Kavitha really spent the time to get to know what would be right for our children.

Friendly staff who didn't pressure us and helped us to choose the best mattress for us

We were seen to quickly but didn't feel hassled. The sleepmatch bed made finding the right mattress for us very quick. For the price we paid we are very happy with the mattress we will be receiving.

We first went to Benson's as they open earlier on a Sunday than Dreams. We were literally just shown two mattresses based on our current mattress that we aren't happy with, we weren't asked if we had any back, shoulder, hip issues so that we could be shown alternative. Walked away not satisfied. Went to Dreams & we were greeted by Sing who was very knowledgeable, gave us a run down on the different types or mattresses & suggested we use the Sleepmatch machine to give us a better understanding of what we should be looking for, we were offered a drink & made comfortable. When the results came through we were given suggested pillows to take with us to try a selection of mattresses from the results. Sing took time to explain the different results & answered any questions we had without any hesitation. Even happier when delivery was three days after ordering!

Geraldine in the Farnborough store was there on our first visit to dreams a few weeks ago. She took us through the mattress machine test and when the list was printed, she took us round each of the mattresses and explained everything there was to know about each of them. She listened to us and our needs and even went on to recommend another that wasn’t on the list which is actually the one we have bought!

We were not sure what we were looking for, and Geraldine was amazing , taken us over to the sleepeze centre, talked us through what she was doing and explaining how the computer records your sleep pattern to determine what mattress best suits your individual needs. Geraldine stayed will others the whole, taking us to various mattress to try, her knowledge and friendliness was excellent. It wasn’t about selling us the most expensive, or cheapest mattress, it was about our comfort. We were also surprised how n how quick you could get the mattress for us! Most certainly would go in the future

Katie spent a lot of time with us and clearly had a lot of knowledge. We also used the computerised system to determine what mattress would suit us best.
