Karen who helped us select our mattress was extremely knowledgeable and very patient

We were approached by two staff one after another which was really nice. Although we had to compromise on one product due to colour issue but rest were perfect.

Great service, Sean was attentive to my needs as a disabled customer and found the right product for me. Also explaining the 30 guarantee helped make the decision.

Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly service

We spent around 1hour 30 minutes in the Basingstoke branch with Angelica the week before and she was fantastic. Went through all the different mattresses after using the bed service to see what would suit us. There was no rush from her and most importantly no pressure as that’s what you commonly get in most bed stores. We needed to measure our room to ensure it would fit and she provided us with a slip with everything we needed to ensure we could order once we had measured up. We then returned to the Farnborough store to complete our purchase as this was much closer and Angelica advised that this way we can contact the branch if we had any questions with our order.

Nigel was fantastic and had a great customer service skills. He listened to what we wanted and ensure we checked out each bed that fit our criteria. He didn't try to sell us something out of our price range as he knew we were set on the price! That is great as nothing worse than feeling forced to buy something more than what you wanted to!
