Dreams - Farnborough

We entered the store started to look around and Geraldine came up to us and was very polite asked if we needed help which we did then asked what we were looking for which she took on board we were able to try different beds to see which was the right one for us we were not rushed which is so nice as I am disabled so I need the time to find the right mattress for myself and my partner . Geraldine was very knowledgeable in all aspects she also sold us a bed protected and we arranged so that the bed to be collected from our home which has taken the pressure away from us which is great.

The lady who assisted us had a great knowledge of everything and was very friendly and offered us and our children a drink. Katie made the whole process smooth and easy.

The salesman was very knowledgeable, offered sound advise with no pressure at all.

Helped by Jason. Very friendly, informative & helpful. We didn’t know where to start, so he suggested we used the virtual bed! Then helped us through our decision, also giving us time to discuss in private! :-)

We were greeted by Karen, she offered us assistance immediately, she recommended doing sleep match so we tried sleepmatch so we could find the right mattress as we were unsure on what we needed in a mattress, she offered us drinks which in really hot weather was truly appreciated. Karen was very informative and incredibly helpful. A great asset to Dreams.

We were greeted upon entering the store and asked what we were looking for. We were guided to the sleep match bed to find the right sort of mattress for us. The lovely assistant was called Karen, she offered us a drink and then proceeded to show us a selection of mattresses to try based on our match. Karen had lots of ideas around suiting our chosen mattress to our exiting base or a new one if necessary. Karen arranged credit for us and asked if we would like a mattress protector as there was an offer on and also a pillow. Overall her service was EPIC and we will highly recommend Dreams to our family and friends. Thank you
