Karen Holt was our sales advisor. From the time we entered the store, we were welcomed politely and then given time to have a look round. We then asked karen for mattress advice, and having listened to our needs she asked if we wanted to try the Sleep Match service, so we did Following that and some chat, we focused on the Harrison Spinks mattresses, soft & medium Whilst we were testing the mattresses, she offered us and the kids some drinks We used a few different pillows when testing the mattress, which also helped We discussed the finance options with her, and when we said we were unsure she did not put us under any pressure, she was very relaxed and gave great advise So we left, and then i returned today and had further discussions and then bought the mattress Karen gave us an awesome experience, she is extremely knowledgable, gave sound advise and ensured we had all the information we needed to make the right decision Thanks Karen!!!!

Very helpful and welcoming staff members who offered us assistance and a hot beverage The staff member asked if we knew what we were looking for we wanted to discover if we should purchase a firm or medium mattress - we then we tested on a computer simulation to find out how we slept - this was very interesting and gave us a good insight into what type of bed we should try out in the store

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable assistant Karen made the process easy and pleasant. Reasonable price and fairly quick delivery time quoted.

Went to the Farnborough store and was greeted by Nigel. His friendliness and knowledge of his products was excellent. We felt listened too and that he knew exactly what we needed. This guy needs to be recognized for his service.

Sean was full of knowledge and explained clearly. He was extremely helpful regarding any questions we had, even when I got a parking ticket after taking my Blue Badge into store to get photocopied he was extremely helpful trying to sort it out for me.

Karen was a really knowledgeable sales assistant. Helpful, not too pushy and really knew her products. Help us choose what was best for us in quite a consultative fashion.

Geraldine was very knowledgeable, she spent a lot of time explaining the products available and why they would suit my needs. She got me some water and said take your time trying each bed for a length of time and when I had decided to purchase a new base as well was just as helpful with choice and selection. she is an asset to the Farnborough store and could not be more helpful.

My husband and I visited the Farnborough branch today, Bank Holiday Monday. It was the first time we have been to this particular branch and may i say we were truly impressed by Sing and his colleagues with their expertise, knowledge and friendliness in helping us choose the best mattress to suit our needs. We spent a good hour with Sing testing the mattresses that were best suited to our sleeping position, ( it is definitely worth spending time on the machine that identifies your posture, as this will tell you which mattresses are best for you! Once we decided, the ordering was very straight forward, our new mattress will arrive next Saturday, free delivery and a charge of £40 to take our old mattress away We are both very happy with our in shop experience and thank Sing and his colleagues once again
