The colleague was very professional and very helpful in making me feel comfortable and not in anyway pushed towards a sale.

As soon as we walked in the we were warmly welcomed. We headed over to a bed with a computer attached to it intrigued by what it was and straight away Nigel explained what it was and what it would do (measuring us as individuals to give a helping result of which could be the best supported mattress) With these results and also discussing in detail with Nigel what we were looking for the search began. Nigel was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products and answered every question we had. He went far and beyond.

Very nice greeting. Offered 4 types of drink which was very unusual for this type of store. We did the sleep match within 3 min of arriving and it was very useful. We offered various pillow options which we then decided upon and purchased. Katie was very knowledgable but not pushy! She made us feel at ease and we walked out feeling very relaxed even after spending £1300. Now that is good customer service!

Taken through mattress selection process by a friendly helpful member of staff. No pressure to buy or steering towards more expansive options.

Very pleased with the choices available. We found the shop assistant very helpful and able to provide us with enough information to buy two beds at a sensible price.
