Dreams - Farnborough

We were greeted straight away. The assistant was friendly. We were offered a drink. We were encouraged to try out the beds/mattresses and given pillows . The assist was very knownlegable and when we were unsure she offered us the sleepwatch machine. Overall her assistance was excellent.

From the moment we arrived at the store we were made very welcome and not rushed , very friendly assistant.

Sales assistant & delivery driver were first class. Being kept informed regarding delivery was faultless

Nigel assisted us in store (Farnborough) and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. We had our 16 month old with us and Nigel was amazing with him - he spoke to him using his name and made him feel part of the mattress choosing process. Nigel listened to our needs, encouraged us to try the Sleep Assist thing (I think that’s what it was called?) and had excellent product knowledge. He talked us through every mattress we tried, explained what it was made of etc and it honestly felt like he was reading our minds in terms of what we were looking for. Our toddler wanted to lay on all the mattresses we tried (and more!) and Nigel was more than happy for him to do this - we didn’t feel rushed or pressured to move on to look at something else. Nigel even helped our little one to stand up and pretend to bounce on the bed! This made for one incredibly happy toddler! When we ordered our mattress, we were incredibly impressed with the quick delivery time - we were expecting to be waiting weeks! I honestly can’t fault our experience in your Farnborough store and Nigel is a real credit to your team.

Picked out a bedstead on-line and went in to choose a mattress to go with it. Sales Assistant ordered both items for me and arranged for 2 old mattresses and divans to be disposed of and the new bed to be put together. Everything I asked for.
