Answered any questions we had. Helpful assistant without anyone being over bearing and annoying by keep coming up to us. Left us to look around but we knew we could call on help if needed.

We were helped immediately by Karen who showed us the products we were asking about and the ones that were available in the size and colour we wanted. She spent plenty of time guiding us, but also left us alone to make any further decision, whilst still being nearby and available when needed.

Karen our assistant was very relaxed but informative and at no point did we receive a heavy sell. She was very helpful and knew the answers to all of our questions and guided us to the best options available.
