We arrived late on Sunday afternoon and were served by Karen. Despite our late arrival, Karen was still extremely courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. She understood our requirements immediately and hi-lighted the best options for us. She serves a mean hot chocolate too!!

Kavitha at your Farnborough store was great. She listened to our requirements and budget and we found the perfect bed and match even if it was a little over budget but it was worth it. She was very knowledgeable also. Delivery time was 6 weeks. I would have preferred something between 2-4 weeks but appreciate you had a sale on which possibly affected demand. The strore was busy but we were looked after very well and offered tea/coffee etc.

The store salesman was non pushy, highly knowledgeable and spent all the time we needed deciding which mattress was best for us. His name was Singh and the store was Farnborough

Often gently critical of todays standards of service we were delighted with Katie's timely intervention whilst my wife and I were trying to choose the right mattress, for our differing needs, from the range on offer. Having been allowed to have a brief initial look around by ourselves we were pleasantly greeted with a smile and asked if we needed any help.Having listened carefully to what we had to say, Katie explained very clearly about the 'Sleepmatch' system and invited us to take advantage of it's benefits. This we did, with the result that it identified four mattresses that should possibly best suit our needs. We subsequently tried all four with Katie offering practical advice and information throughout, as well as providing pillows. which again, she told us about in some detail. At no time did we feel pressured and the whole experience was, quite, frankly, a delight. We were offered and accepted a drink and made to feel at ease and highly valued during our entire time in store...so much so that we bought a divan base to put our mattress on as well.

Good service and good product range

Nigel at Farnborough welcomed us and stayed with us all the time we were there. He offered us coffee several times and at no stage did he push as a salesman. After all it is a quality of life decision. The sleepmatch was amazing and reduced the frustration of having to try all the beds. His humerous nature put us at ease. Top marks
