Dreams - Farnborough

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams Farnborough on both of my visits, the 1st gathering information and the 2nd actually purchasing products, because the staff on both occasions were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, without being pushy. They listened to what my requirements were and spent time and made the effort to fulfill them and not push what they wanted you to buy, which is what i feel happens in some other retail outlets. The staff made valid suggestions throughout my time in the store to ensure that the product i purchased was the best for my requirements.

Lovely friendly salesperson who gave support and knowledge but also walked away and gave us space to think. Not pushy like other stores.

The member of staff was very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make our own choice of which mattress to purchase.

As soon as we walked into the store Katie introduced herself with a warm welcome which made the experience a pleasure

Jason was extremely helpful and help point us in the right direction. Kindly left us to have time to decide and then was accommodating when giving us options for placing the order. His knowledge as well was very good. We were buying for my 16 yr old daughter and she commented on how much help Jason was.

Geraldine who served us was very helpful and was there when we needed her, we didnt feel pressured to buy something.

We were approached by Katie who asked if she could help us at all. She then left us to have a look after having explained the various options available to us. Katie, after a bit asked us how we were getting on and we then told her the bed base we were interested in. She then asked us if we would like to try the sleep mattress to see which mattresses would be suitable for our sleep needs. Explained all about it and then showed us the ones most suited to us from which we were able to make a choice. Katie was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole experience and ultimately our purchase.

Great service from the whole team at Dreams, firstly a member of the sales team chatted through our requirements before settling my wife and I onto the sleep-machine which shortlisted the most suitable mattresses in store. We tried each and every one narrowing our search down to a preferred two and the manager even moved one mattress onto a sprung base so we could make a final decision. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and I would highly recommend.

Salesman was very Knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I was looking for shadowed me every option without being pushy or rushing.
